Someone know if by sharing we get the same engagement as a publishment?

I have 3 pages, what's better:
- 1 publish and 2 sharing or 3 publish?

I know publish is better but i do own 3 pages and its time consuming to publish on every page.
i'd like to know if i can get more total views by sharing the video on my two other pages or publish individually on every page.

we all use buffer method now so it lot easer .

we make a manual socail website , that main website only ever get used manually in a good niche .

we use bot accounts in the niche and sub niches to buff up the main account , we dm users to join the main website , eventually get a huge main socail website in your niche.

What is cross-posting please? He posts on the first and and share on the 2 others... and after he posts on the second and share on the first and third one... or something else?

I am interested by the method too as I cannot bear anymore to be blocked for one week by FACEBOOK after few shares each time...
