You should install python on your machine, then if you installed python on PATH, you just got to CMD, got to the dir where your files are located, and finally execute the line.

All was working great for me, but now I have a little problem.
When I'm trying to find hashtags I see something like this

Unfortunately right now yes it does from what I can tell from the issues people have posted on this forum and others. For some reason (I believe it was the changes when GDPR came, something happened with the script and now there are limitations when running it from a European IP. I'm trying to figure out why it doesn't. If anyone has any ideas why it doesn't please let me know.

It won't produce a xls file, but will produce a csv. Can you please post a full screenshot of the error?

Try to delete " , encoding='utf-8' ", but you can have problems with some hashtags with special characters.
