Agreed. Also, your new design has left me dead in the water- did anyone test the design for mobile and tablet responsiveness? I’m guessing not because you would have seen that

1. URLs in the order history page can no longer be copied- and the hot link you’ve implemented does not work- it links back to the orders page on your site
2. Subscription page is truncated - you can no longer restart, pause, and cancel subscriptions from a mobile device

These issues need to be addressed ASAP- I can no longer use your site for businesses

I have generated ticket on 12 November(59305) and again on 15 December(64066) this year but only received some automated reply and the problem persist. Please refill the Youtube subscribers as now all the subs have gone.

2. Yes you can, click on the row you want to pause, go to the right side of the page, and the button will pop there There is only a little bug with the table overflow.

There seems to be a problem with the subscriptions page- it’s linked to the drip feed page- this needs to be fixed ASAP

Please make the link in the order history page open in a new window- right now it redirects away from your site

Lastly, the footer area is still animated- this eats up so much battery life. Please disable it

I just blocked it with Adblock. Literally blocked 50% of the page since a lot of it is useless.

Really bad experience with this provider.
I try the free sample with 1 usd for 1000 youtube views. This works Ok, so i decide to put a 5usd for 5000 "quality views " views service. This does not works. After generating a ticket with technical support and after many days they returned the money to the balance web site.

After several days i decide to try it again with 5000 quality views. Again, not work at all, and after a few days i decide to use other service, because this is my work and i need the views in a video.
When i open a new ticket in the support area, the days passed and they gave as successfully delivered the views, and this was false. They taking the credit of the other service without returning my money.e
