Does shoutouts work anyome.to grow accounts

I am a travel blogger and currently have 7k followers and was wandering if shoutouts work to gain followers.

As I have heard from some people they don't work anymore. I was wondering if they do and if so does anyone know any good accounts i can get shoutouts from to help grow my account.

No, it will give you minimal growth. Shoutouts are good only for trying to sell something, people won't really follow you.
I recommend the child accounts growth for growing a travel account, it would work much better than shoutouts.
