Get Visa -> Move to USA -> Get Greencard -> Start living in USA

I lost my family last year. I couldn't afford my education needs. I'm thinking about working a little. If I can, I'm thinking of going back to school and continuing my education. Can I get a work visa without an employer?

If it was this easy.
1) Get a job offer from an approved US employer with sponsorship and TRY your luck on h1b
2) Save $100k+ dollars and get E2 (business - 2 years) visa and keep renewing till u die.
3) Find a work in a multinational company (amazon, google) in ur home country and apply for transfer visa
4) Invest $500k in a rural area business and get a green card (EB5)/ invest $1m in any area and get green card (Eb5)
5) Move illegally

* Be amazingly talented and get (O1) visa
* F1 - Choose a college and study some shit
* There is also holiday visas (1 year) for selected countries
* Try your luck with DV lottery (I think Trump stopped this)
A lot of things depends on where you from.
Indians, Pakistanis, and Chinese have it really hard.

Yep, gentrify the people in the economically depressed/rural area and they'll love ya for it.
Why do you need to go to America, also, where are you right now? Maybe look at going another route or to another country and working there (somewhere closer to home)?

I was just shocked that a "small investment of 1 million dollars" can get you a permanent residency in the states.
I'm from Europe but I would never see myself permanently living in the US, the travel visa it's good enough.
