How Can I Live in USA ? :)

Getting greencard or even work/school visa for USA is damn near impossible in a lot of countries.

I had a friend from India wait 4+ years on a waiting list for a school visa once and she never even got it.

She gave up and went to the EU.

Unless you're from the EU or some major USA ally, well, I wish you luck, because you'll need it.

A large part of being approved to live/work in the US is bringing some kind of value to the country. The US is looking for electrical engineers and doctors, not laborers for minimum wage service jobs.

Absolutely no chance, unless OP has serious cash, or wanted skills he has no chance.
The alternative is to try to enter illegally or claim asylum if his life is in danger in his home country, even then with the current climate he probably wouldn't even get that far.
 
Find a country that is easier to immigrate to but have good Universities. Get a degree from one of the Universities and then apply to a University in the USA for graduate school.

You can go to work every day to work. Аnd you can do so in order to achieve more: to gain new knowledge, experience, to acquire new acquaintances, which is also important.
You can be afraid of change and do nothing to change life.
But this is my opinion:)

You can forget about that. They only accept professions they can't get enough Americans for and waitresses are plenty.

Right, if it was easy like that I would already been there.

There are only a few viable options.

Green Card lottery but the chances are almost the same like a normal lottery but you never know.

Marry an American.

Invest 500k.

All the other options aren't viable for normal people.
 
I would look up tradesman jobs that are in need right now in the us. For example, I do HVAC and there's a constant need for HVAC Technicians. I would assume if there's a desperate need for some sort of job that isn't too difficult to obtain the skills for you could maybe get fast tracked maybe.

I'm from Eastern Europe and I've been to the States twice. I'm a student and went there on a J-1 Visa which is relatively easy to get, but it gives you 3 months only. The good thing about it is that (where I was) some Americans are offering to marry you just for the documents. In Massachusetts, it was $10k - average.

I've been thinking of staying, so let me share my experience.

If you could get H2B, J-1 or travel visa and get your ass to the States - then it should be easy. Many friends stayed there illegally and they said - once you're in, there's no coming back.

If you're a legal citizen (even for a limited amount of time) you could apply for a driver's license - it's fairly easy(and fast enough) to get and serves as an ID. Some friends got their driver's license from Seattle as most states stopped issuing driver's licenses to people with temporary VISAs.

Even if you're an illegal citizen, stick to more liberal states and you shouldn't be too worried about ICE(Customs). As soon as you spend a few years there and get to know people, you'll see a lot more opportunities to legalize your status.

And of course the DV-Lottery that everyone's dreaming of winning (including me).

That's tricky to marry someone, for the first 2 years you won't be able to get any documents. In 2 years you'll have to confirm you're still married and live together, the government checks it (bills, addresses, questions/interviews, they can even come to your home). If you not able to confirm or if there's anything government may doubt, there will be consequences. In most cases, people tricked into paying $10k but in the end don't get anything out of it or end up paying much more than that each year and living in a constant fear.

Everything you're saying is true. It's a double-edged sword, but that's all that's left for many. Of course, there's the option to marry an American girl the 'right' way without any funding from your side, but you have to be equally careful, as that can end up being more expensive than paying someone to marry you :D
