Thank you guys, any tip is sooo appreciated

Hi there!

Well, you need to look at this as any other service business.

As you didn't provide a lot of info I will write from my perspective.

I would do keyword and market research - probably geo research also.

Then make a business plan and marketing plan.

From a digital point of view you need to create a trusted brand that includes ofc:
1. website - really good design with a lot of good real-life pictures of properties (or ask potential clients to have images of a higher standard).
2. all social media profiles including LinkedIn.
3. do keyword research and I would probably go with a blog (advice articles that can help people choose/pick a new home, apartment) - so technically you need a content strategy that matches your potential clients and keywords.
4. define PPC budget (it will be a bigger investment).
5. expect returns in 1-2 years and be mentally prepared to take a financial hit for the first year.

Client acquisition:
1. website traffic from ads / blog (SEO) / LinkedIn / social
2. email campaigns - cold emails can work but be careful of gdpr and stuff
3. cold calls
4. you can create like events and stuff like little gatherings etc.

This is for start...

Good luck.

Well the kind of business you mentioned mostly you would get your business from local or nearby residents. So it will be ideal if you focus on local SEO rather than targeting everything. Also some offline promotions or advertisement would be helpful too to raise awareness.

As far as "product", depending on where you live, this could potentially be the property of the real estate broker/office that is listing a property. There are sometimes exchanges, depending on where you live where license allows 3rd parties (like Zillow, Trulia, etc) to publish a home's information that they don't own, but since you said you are not willing to pay for these, best to check whether this is the case and if there are exchanges. If there is an exchange, more than likely information is "property" of someone else.

As far as helping people find a home, if you're looking to service/broker services out, sometimes this is a regulated / licensed industry. I have run into this in several countries, but again, might differ in your area. May not necessarily be required but need to tread carefully.

All other tools, SMS, emails etc are easily setup with tools already out there.

I don't know if there are any free tools out there. I use my own tools for stuff like this.

i willing to invest money so i never said i want free tools

If you are a small office targeting locals:
Focus on social media to target the right market.
Flyers and other print ads are still a thing for real estate.
