Didn't convert for me though as I didn't know how to use this traffic.

There's no way to set up a campaign with less than $10 daily budget at the moment. My advice is to start a campaign with the minimum CPM ($0.20) - This way you shouldn't receive much traffic all at once and you can still control it by increasing/decreasing the bid.

No, this is not adware traffic. All of our traffic comes from direct publishers only.

It depends, really. When you run a campaign you're bidding against other users that are targeting the same options as you. CPM starts at $0.20 for all GEOs.
