Hello Blackhat world family. Sorry to bother all of you. I have been digging thru the site, and for the life of me I can not find what requirements I need to meet in order to reply to jobs in the freelancer section. I have been a programmer for years, and I would love to tackle some of the issues posted in that section. Do I need a higher post count? Or do I have to purchase Jr Vip? Thanks so much for your time. Also sorry for this non-contributing post.

According to the link I gave you it is but you won't be denied if you purchase a Jr Vip as you have the required time and posts here.
