Hello i don't know where to ask anymore, my question is very simple, do anyone know how to login to IG account using Jarvee? I tried add 1 account and press "This was me" (or something like that) multiple times on my mobile phone but still got error, i tried login using browser and it worked without any problem but using jarvee my account didn't want to login

I'd suggest you to contact support.

Also, this sounds like bad proxy/IP.

I wish to have the following in the stories:
- Image
- Link which person can click by scroll up

I am not sure how I can automate this process in JARVEE ? I know it can be automated for Instagram pages by jarvee.. But I wanted to know how to automate this for Facebook pages and groups by JARVEE

This is a very important feature i wish to use and want to know if JARVEE can do this before i buy large plan of 69 bucks..

Some of my accounts keep getting the "This Was Me" verification. Is there a special feature I can use to click this was me through the API?

I do it through the embed browser but after I click this was me and go resume the account in the bot it just goes from Initializing to "No Internet" and it reverts back to the it was me challenge.

Why do all my accounts that need email verification or PV or "This Was Me" error show as "No Internet" ?

Jarvee cannot post FB stories at this time, but now that you've mentioned it we'll try and add it soon.

yes, it should be ok. ideally don't cross promote the same thing though.

I was having a conversation with your staff via emails..they responded but couldnt get anything resolved.. They asked me for logs, etc tons of stuff.. But couldnt get anything resolved.
I am having 100 + errors per day and am using only 4 accounts with very little activity.. hardly 4-5 posts per day and a couple dozen bumps..
I have contacted you via EMAIL 3 times after they said they will look into it. They are completely ignoring my emails and not responding. They said they will ask the developers.. But nothing..

I had been a user of your service for 4-5 months previously.. Then i was in another work.. recently restarted and was planning on large campaign with 100+ accounts but was just testing the water with a basic plan to see if jarvee still works like before. While most things in your software are working well but it is unbelievable that your staff wont even respond..

Please sort this out.. I loved your software and told all my friends about it.. Many even bought it and had no idea before i told them that so much can be done with your software..
I am disappointed with this..

From personal experience with Jarvee, when support isn't able to solve your problem and forward it to developers, it takes a little longer to get response and get your issue solved. Probably because devs need to do in-depth investigation.

But don't worry, I'm sure they'll solve it, they always did it for me.

i have the same issue almost half of may accounts banned because i edited profiles through api or EB but if edit them through Browser from my pc nothing happen
@Stiletto we need you too look after this issue and try to fix it

Feature request:

There needs be an option to select "This was me" through the API so it stays logged in.

If we do that through the Embed browser it doesn't stick. It needs to be through the API. GMT2 has this feature.

I think this would help a ton of people out.
