A Question About Joint Ventures?

I didn't now if this was the right place to post this, but i decided to post it here anyway. To give a little backstory, I cannot open a paypal because I am a minor/under 18, but I obviously need one. Noone I know what's to help me and set one up that I can use. I figured joint ventures would be a good decision, but I have a few questions

Would wordpress web design in exchange for verified paypal be a good venture?
If not, what are appropriate services yo exchange?
Would it be posted in joint ventures?
If not where?

Those are all of the questions I have now and I read the rules to see if this post is against them. Hopefully it isn't. I wouldn't like to get penalized on my third thread I opened.

You don't meet criteria for a JV as yet.

What you're proposing though isn't a JV, it's an exchange/swap which isn't permitted.

There are sellers in the Marketplace selling these types of accounts, check there.
