Be careful with some Philippines!!!

Last days i posted that i want some aged IG accounts,
some philippines pm me that they have many accs,
After i payed money,they missing and never send me the accs!!!
Since too many cheaters in philippines,
paypal has disabled directly send payments on this country.
Their cheat methods:
they ask you to send money from paypal with friends/family option
or ding or bitcoin.
The cheator's SKYP id is :2ddfb04899c8da51

No,I am not a racist!I send call charge through ding,and their number is +63,also he told me he is ,which is philippines ,not with paypal

This is why you should do your due diligence before making a payment to someone else over the internet.

Both the Skype ID and the "name with a spelling mistake" screams scam and yet you ignored it and sent the payment?

From now on, make payments only to members who don't have a "yellow" username.

That sounds like the seller was nuked - all his messages were deleted because he was spam selling.

@augustwu - unless a member has an upgraded membership he is not allowed to sell and, according to rule 3.6, you are not allowed to buy from them. That protects all parties.

When someone is banned are their private messages nuked too? Their forum messages usually aren't.

You need to be careful when doing business with ANYONE online. Their country and race has nothing to do with it. There are people from ALL countries who will gladly rip you off if given the chance. BUYER BEWARE.

In some instances they are; for instance my guess is this guy was just spamming PMs to sell with is skype in them and in that instance we have the ability to delete all their messages as many are not yet read and we don't want others to get scammed like the OP did.
