What's the simple step by step guide SEO work for my blog in order to drive organic traffic from google and others.

There is no step by step process as all sites react differently to the majority of processes but here are some ideas for you.

1) Create some Web 2.0s that don't look like they were made in Disneyworld.
2) Buy some decent domains and host them elsewhere and link to your site from them.
3) Backlink those you create in 1 + 2 with random chaos links.
4) Continue to add to your site and interlink the content and, if possible, silo those posts/pages.
5) Use proper image SEO (that is so overlooked it is unbelievable) as that will help some.

Not an end all by any means as to SEO but a beginning process for you to get your site recognized. Once you do the above then consider the myriad of other SEO processes and see what makes sense to get your blog ranked.

Can I buy expired or deleted domain with good back link and host then to get their back link to mine

What exactly are random chaos links?

Links that are not the same for every site you try to rank... you want to add in variants, delete some, make others look different so you are not building the same backlinking structure every time.

I stop reading when he/she said, create a LOT of contents and not building links.

It's a BS!

Don't waste your time writing content without promoting it.
You should build links if it's a money site or affiliate site.

But a blog is long term, not a churn-and-burn aff site that will be subject to the next Google algo update.

I followed his advice and didn't do any external SEO except posting comments on other blogs.

Guess what, my blog now has over 200k views every month. A few months ago it was 20k.

So just write content. If it's good, your readers will do the SEO because it will be shared and linked to a lot.

Don't waste money on backlink packages and other shady shit. Those are for money sites only.

Yeah i know it works for non competitive keywords but for competitive and high commercial intent keywords i guess not.

Hey, even you blog comment on other blogs that we considered it as building links.

What i mean, don't just write great content BUT also promoting it, not just wait and praying my visitor will share and build links.

Try using WebGL to build your site it, might give it a little spin that others don't have

Search engine optimization is incredibly important for marketers. When you optimize your web pages -- including your blog posts -- you're making your website more visible to people who are entering keywords associated with your product or service via search engines like Google.
