I bought so called "Instagram Proxy" it is Not working, tried to contact support, they always tell me to do the IP Authentication which I tried and didn't work, now he is ignoring me...!

I demand refund!

what exactly doesn't work for you? test it in firefox and check your ip to see the location.

How long until the ip can be used? I have passwords etc but nothing can connect. I used the checker but it’s saying it isn’t live, I presumed it would be a quick set up

The proxy can be used very quick after the service was activated. I believe you forgot to authenticate the proxy in our control panel. If you still have any issue, please contact our SUPPORT DEPARTMENT and we will help you.
 
I'm not sure if I'm dumb or the UX/UI is poor.

I bought a plan off you. It says there is 1 product/service record found, but I can't see it.

Yeah its a little poor but I think you have to go to - Services and then to My Proxies (if you bought proxies i assume)

Youll see your proxy info there
 
Order this like 20 minutes ago! where is my proxy??? Can't find it anywhere

Takes about half hour to 60 for it to show/work but the UI needs some work defo

Just giving a feedback, Ordered 5 instagram proxy.

9 accs from the same batch , same settings (100follow/day , not following ,10 dm per day(manually nested spintax without link)

I seperated 8 accs in 4 proxy (2 accs/ip) and one acc in the last proxy (1 acc/ip) ,in total 9 accs with 5 ip.


Here's the result.

the ip with 1 acc got follow blocked at around 100 follows and 10dm ,then i tried to follow with browser, still got follow blocked. So i instantly switched back to my home ip and everything is back to work.(i dont think the problem came from my acc or setting if my home ip could do all the work.)

The rest 4 ip with 8accs are still working fine , so i contacted the support requesting replacement for the one having problem.

They rejected my request "We only provided virgin instagram proxy , its how you use the proxy , if you want to change your ip you have to pass the first month bill."(seriously ,you think i would continue using your service?)

If i use 5 accs/proxy or i follow with very aggresive setting i wouldnt want to blame the provider , but with 100 follow per day and 1 account per ip , if i were a provider i wont blame my customer like this.

(my other accs works fine with another provider but just want to diversify the risk.)

ps. Highproxy never gave me a problem in the past.( i used their service around 3-4 months ago (this is my new project and i saw a lot of threads complaining about action blocked with Highproxy so i want to test first.)

I got exactly the same problem , I got many acc blocked in a PV loop or like/dm blocked with their proxies
The problem is from their proxies and not the way you use them
I advise anyone who got a problem with her to open a shitlist, they are clearly doing false advertising

Their proxies are just garbage, i'm ready to bet 100$ that free proxies are better than their shit
