I've Decided to Stop Working Alone

Hey guys, my name is Matt. I'm a fairly active member her at BHW.

I started Affiliate marketing about a year and a half ago. I had slow growth and now I'm making about $800-$1,000/month.

I have always worked alone. Just me and youtube videos to do everything. Building a site, building PBNs building social media pages, everything.

What I just realized is that I could grow much much faster if I collaborated with other bloggers in my nich.

For example, I now have large social media accounts. Why not do shoutout for shoutout with other people that have large insta followings?

I also have a large Pinterest following. Why not create a board with another person that has a massive following.


My lone wolf strategy has been slowing me down and it's time to change that.

Yeah just recently actually my Pinterest has exploded. Getting 50-150 visitors a day from Pinterest. Making about $100-$200/month from Pinterest.

Picking a partner may be the worst decision you could ever make if you're used to working alone and scaled it up this far by yourself.

For some people, like myself, this was one of the best decisions ever made.
Go for it, at least for several months until you see have you done a right step.

Having been in the same boat in the past I think you're on the right track. My best advice: don't choose from people that come to you, go looking for people you want to work with that are in the same niche. Also, keep the mindset you already have of "collaboration" rather than "partners".

Exactly, a lot of people have been PMing me thinking I'm looking for partnerships. I'm looking to collaborate so that we can both grow our businesses, not to partner up on a project.

your on the right track, just understand it takes time. We, me and wife make bank now because of things we learned here.
Trust me never give up never quit. MONEY and KNOWLEDGE takes time. Most people bottom out because they need money now.
That shits not going to happen here unless your lucky.
Read all threads about your passion.
Trust me passion will make you more money than hacks.

But in all seriousness, I'm more talking about the flood of PMs I'm sure he's getting from people who are really just looking to be spoonfed and haven't already found success. It's easier to find quality partners when you go looking rather than answering a flood of PMs.
