Anyone else using Namecheap hosting and happen to see ranking drop lately?

I think you should read their horrible

• October 30, 2:00 – 7:00 AM EDT | 06:00 – 11:00 UTC.
• November 2, 1:00 – 6:00 AM EST | 06:00 – 11:00 UTC.
• November 5, 1:00 – 6:00 AM EST | 06:00 – 11:00 UTC.
• November 9-21, 1:00 – 6:00 AM EST | 06:00 – 11:00 UTC.

During the maintenance window, some pages on the website will be partially unavailable.

So that means several hours downtime everyday and keep at least half month, geeze, if you have a website has stable traffics, I kindly guess you should see drops and if the website pages consistently can't visit by some users everytime, your CTR will drop, thus your rankings...

In the maintenance notice they wrote, no impact on client site. I think your issue not related to this notice. You should talk with namecheap support.

I got 2 hours downtime for my website two days a go that's not good at all

It would be crazy to have that much downtime for client sites. Sounds like there might have been some unforeseen issues spilling over to client sites even if there wasn’t supposed to be, judging by the comments here.

I had an issue with there emails service, still, problem occur time to time, When I contact them, I didn't get any proper answer and just wasted my time, Seems they are reaching maximum capacity as service.
