Been saying this for the longest time. This is easily the worst experience I've had with a SMM service. Had problems back in September and they refused to fix them. Everyone, I please ask of you to help get this service taken down from pinned services before more people get scammed

I can see the issue you are having here and it's a big order. For some reason it show completed on our panel but the order is not done delivering, the API made a mistake somewhere. Also I see that the order is very slow, I have contacted the provider to check if the order is working correctly, he will either fix the speed of the order or refund for the missing Likes! Sorry for the delay on this

This is probably because only a minority of our orders have issues. We are working on our support system since about a month to get things done more faster and add more fluidity, but it is not easy in our current market. We have many many happy customers, but they mostly do not write on forums to say they like the services ..

We are resolving any issues that we receive here. We were not able to be online this weekend sorry for the late reply. We have been replying everyday here for more than 2 years. We are working EVERYDAY on solving any issues clients can have related to services bug. We know it look like a lot via the forum, but we do get many many orders everyday, and as I mentioned previously, only a minority of the orders we receive have issues. I also understand clients who puts money and services aren't delivered successfully. There is not way for us to know when those kind of issues happen, clients have to let us know so we can fix them. Thank you for your understanding!

Many clients are doing this, should I report them every time I see this? Also some clients open multiple new account to ask for review copy, or to make negative comments. They are quite easy to spot as well
