For the Windows VPS, here how it is working.
Each Windows VPS node are rocking a 10 GBPS network card (2 actually), and we use virtual networks based on IP subnet. Each IP subnet receives 1 GBPS each.
That guarantees way greater user experience when it comes to bandwidth on a Windows VPS.
The second cards comes into play for different purposes (management and backups, so the backup aren't affecting the network speed of the VPS).
The bandwidth policy is relying on a fair usage. Meaning that your activities shall not affect the others.

I actually came for coin mining on VPS and I guess Hoststage is the only one hosting agency which allows coin mining to the max while you will get banned for this in amazon and google cloud.
It was my first time to use windows VPS so was worried about setting up but Vincent guided me step by step for every process from A to Z on Skype, well truly amazing
It normally took less than 20m to get the answer for my support tickets.

BETTER THAN GODADDY. 10/10 FOR PRICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE, EASE OF USE AND SPEED.
Having used Godaddy and Bluehost in the past to host my website, I found them to be very slow, extremely expensive and have terrible customer service. My friend recommended that I try Host Stage and I've never looked back.

We have 2 dedicated servers black friday package which are indeed recurring and beating price wise every others.
there is one linux and one windows.
The Windows is designed for you to create VPS and have them licensed.
That being said you may run it as a regular remote desktop as well.
