I just started using instagram to promote clickbank products on weight loss niche and woodworking and the questions is:

Is it legitimate to share photos of others, (for example photographs before and after, or woodworking projects) without their permission? If anyone sees his photo can move legally against me?

Also how many followers (on average) are needed to have a good number of clicks?

Thanks

Normally no it is not legal. It's just copyright.

However, on Instagram, everyone steals the photos of everyone. Criminal proceedings will never take place, however in the worst case, the authors of the photos can make a claim to IG and have your account closed for it.

But most of the time, if you mention the source account, there should be no problem. If the author contacts you saying that it is his picture, immediately delete it from your account so that he avoids complaining to IG.

Regarding the issue of followers, it is very difficult to answer because it depends a lot on the niche, but especially how you acquire these followers. Do you do F / U? It will also be necessary to write a very beautiful bio, that it is well seller. It will make very nice posts to make the person want to have his results also. It will thus be necessary to write well its contents and to choose the good hashtags.

Thanks for your answer man thought no one will answer :D . And yes i do follow/unfollow to get followers. On my bio i give something free and after that the vendor follow up with emails to make the sale. I think direct selling is not good especially if someone have low ammount of followers ( i have about 750 followers). For now i am getting some hops. I hope this will work :D , Its my first time on instagram, i dont know even if instagram is good to promote clickbank products.

This is very good, do not sell directly but offer something first to get his email is very important on this kind of product, especially with Instagram. Because there are many people who don't do that and scams (CPA). So, followers are less trustful now, if you offer something free then trust is reversed :)

There are many CPA and affiliate products on IG, but selling by mail after the fact can differentiate you from others. If you find the right posts and your followers trust you, they will give you their email and you can then sell products in affiliate. It is also necessary to work well its mails, it is the most important for sell something!

Do you guys think that E-business and E-Marketing niche will sell in instagram?

Of course, plenty of them. it's not just weight loss. Anything that can be visual is great, especially HOW TO products!

I'm also selling clickbank woodworking projects with instagram. You don't get in any trouble as long as you give credit in the first few lines.I have an account with 37k but only make about 1 or 2 sales a month, I don't have a landing page though. PM me :)

It's true that it does not make a lot of sales but as long as there is, it's always won!

What would be interesting to know is the number of clicks you had in 1 month? To know if the conversion rate is good and if it is worth it to optimize it with a landing page

of course you can repost other accounts or take other pictures, just dont put credit on that
if you wanna go white hat as hell, give credit to the photographer, model , page you took from

In december I had no sales, 1582 clicks and 4 order form impressions. Used to be better before, but now every page in this niche seems to be trying to sell the same product.

How about the refund rate? Is it okay? Because i see a lot of negative feedback on CB woodworking product.

While my answer may not be related to your question, I'd like to say I've tried promoting CB woodworking products on ig and after many, many weeks I simply had to throw in the towel.

Unless you have a really good strategy for this, it's really not worth your time.

How to get such tracking amount?

If you are direct linking your conversion rate will be terrible, people arent in buyer mode on IG. Your best bet is to offer something free and capture their emials, and set up an autoresponder sequence.

I wouldn't go for weight loss but other health niches on instagram, they seem to work well
You can build a large following simply by getting recipes for specific health conditions + adding a nice photo and put the whole recipe
inside the instagram post. build you audience this way, they like looking at tasty/healthy food
then you can eventually link out... but be condition specific so you're building the right audience
