Hello guys,

I have this problem with Aliexpress captcha - it'a always incorrect...

After making ~10-15 orders, a captcha pops up to fullfill every time, however it's is always incorrect, no matter what I do or how I try...

I tried changing broswer, google chrome, mozilla, opera, tried clening cache, cookies, tried incognito mode, changed an aliexpress account - the issue still occurs...

Does anyone know what might be the deal?
I used adwcleaner, malwarebytes, everything is fresh and clean.

I am not using a bot, I am running all of it manually. I am not on a VPN. I am filling the captchas with my own hands - oldschool way ;)|

EDIT: Sometimes it works for 5-10 times, then it stops, and there is no chance to type in a correct captcha

This is strange. You should try from different IP maybe they blacklisted it on 24h because you entered many of them.

I know that this is strange... Is started 2 days ago. I have been using it for ~2-3 years now, never happened, just recently :/

Do you recommend any specific IP changing software ?

Same happening to me as OP, it was working fine until 20min ago, then ALL captchas are showing as incorrect, despite them being obviously correct... i browsed the web to see if anyone else was having this sudden issue, and i stumbled upon this, tried different browsers aswell with no luck, not sure if this is an Aliexpress issue perhaps?

No idea, I tried a VPN software, still doesn't work. No idea what is going on...

So, i went away for a few hours, cameback to it, and now its fixed, when it started to ask captcha again, it was working fine now.
I literally did nothing after what i already said, so not sure what was the problem. But anyway, its solved for me.

It is not, trust me. Once you hit ~20-30 orders again it will be fcked up again :) I have been throught it

Unfortunately not, VPN is getting incorrect captcha as well..

Any solution/ Tried on 4 PC and 1 MAP, 2 of them brand new still having problem.

I've been experiencing the same issue for a few days now. I contacted Dropified(this is what I use) regarding this. They said that it is a problem with Aliexpress. I also contacted Aliexpress' chat regarding this issue and said that their engineers are working on it. To date, the same issue. Makes you think if their devs are actually working on it.

Anyway, the only workaround, for now, is taking a break until the captcha barring cool down. This isn't very productive though so if anyone got any other workaround, please share it with us. Also, I wonder how long should you wait until it cools down?

Well, I also reported it to their Devs on the same day the problem occured, via ticket and customer serice chat. However I strongly doubt if they will do something about it, let's be honest, ~10 reports is nothing compared to millions of users everyday.

As you mentioned, currently I am making stops, and waiting till the captcha disappears, or using VPN, sometimes it cancels the captcha limit
Didn't measure the time yet :P

Well generally when captchas don't match even when you enter those correctly, it is a problem with the session... but I might be wayy off in the assumption. If you did not already, try clearing the cookies and cache too.

I tried it, no luck. I even tried changing IP (modem hard reset), still no luck.

Anyway, Dropified's support says that some strings of characters(more like all) are not being read incorrectly. Aliexpress is originally a Chinese website so maybe it has something to do with Chinese strings of characters going over the English version. Still an assumption though so I might be way off as well.

@Kukiman0 I doubt this is happening on a few users only. From the way Dropfied's support responded on me, it looks like they are aware of this situation already. The reply was like a long ass canned message so they must've receive a number of complaints already.

In any case, we should try to somehow measure the cool down to somehow maximize our time. Because time is gold haha. I'll try 30 mins and go lower (5 mins at a time). I'll let you know.
