I purchased an account from this seller for $1000. I was told the account would have no holds and should be able to receive $200 a day easily.
When I first logged into the account I also checked the eBay. There was tonnsss of claims so badly that the eBay account is suspended. He told me: "bro you bought a PayPal account. not ebay. thats what you got". okaaayy..
I then told him no need to refund me. Just please get me an account that doesn't hold payments, like I paid for.
He said "no you got what you paid for" and if I keep complaining I'll get blocked..
I sent him this message and I'm waiting for a reply. Thanks

Yes you can, for recurring payments you probably need to set it up on a websit eor use API, you need a Business Paypal to do this, I can provide this without issues
VCC Is a virtual credit card required for verification

False Advertising.
blackhatworld told me claiming to sell accounts that can receive $200 payments (or any size payment), and the account ends up holding a $20 payment (or any size payment) that’s not allowed and should result in a new or account that doesn’t hold payments or a refund. i don’t see how your best account is holding a $20 payment. maybe this would work out better if you would just tell me what’s going on exactly and how long you think until this account will stop holding payments and communicate with me. all you tell me is if i keep complaining you’re going to block me and you don’t have time to speak with me after i just paid you $1000.
i agree with that and don’t understand how you don’t agree with that. you seem like a really smart guy, i think it’s awesome you know how to do this. and all but i don’t think it’s very professional to treat customers this way. like i said, if this account did exactly what it says on the thread and all that i’d LOVE to be a repeat customer. i’m not complaining to you and i don’t want to be an annoying customer but it’s hard to even communicate with you because you tell me not to repeat myself and you’ll block me.
