Anchor Text Ratios in Backlinks Here are the best practice in backlinks

Money Site Anchor Text Ratio
  • Branded Anchor Text: 70%
  • Naked Links: 20%
  • Generic Anchors: 5%
  • LSI, Partial Match Anchors: 1-5%
  • Exact Match Anchors Text: Less Than 1%
Here’s how your tier two anchor ratios should typically look:
  • Naked links: 40%
  • Generic: 30%
  • LSI, Partial-Match: 25%
  • Exact Match: 5%
Here's tier three, Anchor Text Ratio
  • Naked links: 10%
  • Generic: 10%
  • LSI, Partial-Match: 50%
  • Exact Match: 30%

I would use the exact match type more frequently. Meanwhile, what about the White Noise keywords % - like "click here" ?

Do you suggest a different Anchor Text Ratio if the domain is an EM?

Yes I am definitely using this ratio. That is really a fantastic post.

Maybe a stupid question.
For Branded Anchor Text it means that my site is LosAngelesCandies dot com (example) anchor has to be Los Angeles Candies?

know show example of the links , how there formated as html as you have described....

if teaching somethink go all the way ...

So I've heard that if you have a partial match keyword in your name it doesn't count as branded. I've never had any issues with this personally, but I was told if your name (for example) is "Gawdric Roofing" than having 70% of links as "Gawdric Roofing" is still going to leave you over optimized. I would need to use the anchor text "Gawdric" instead. Anyone else had experience with that?

  1. Branded Anchor text: 40%
  2. Unique/Other anchor text: 25%
  3. Naked link anchor: 15%
  4. Brand + keyword anchor: 5%
  5. Partial match anchor text: 5%
  6. Genric anchor text: 1-5%
  7. Long tail anchor text: 2-4%
  8. Exact Match Anchors: Less Than 1%
Now the 2-nd and 3-rd are still works??
I do not think so.

Guys, what about if your domain is an EMD?
If your brand name is Los Angeles Plumbers, domain LosAngelesPlumbers.com and you want to rank for Los Angeles Plumbers; it is not spammy use 70% of Branded Anchor text (aka keywords in this scenario)?
What do you suggest in this case?
Thanks.
