Whenever I ranked my website I got the security notice to disable the website so someone recommended me that I should use offshore hosting. But I don't know much about the offshore hosting.

I am here for the recommendation... How can I get the best offshore hosting.

Flokinet.is
alexhost.com
novogara.com
koddos.net

novogara.com
koddos.net

Depending on the content this might not serve. The problem some of this content only provide protection for information such as leak-type. But not for other types of content like copyright infringement.
flokinet is good for leaks
koddos, is in EU/USA so it's not worthy
novogara is in EU (netherlands, therefore same situation)
Alexhost could be adequate, in Modolvia, but I can't find the TOS

Also I found in this forum recommendations from Abelohost, but it's in NL like koddos, therefore not worthy.

Another option in Panama, is offshoreracks.com but you must check the TOS to see if it fits your content:

Novogara (ex Ecatel) is the best affordable offshore/DMCA ignored hosting. OP you should defeitely go with Novogara if you're looking for privacy and 0 takedowns on you

Any trustworthy reverse proxy recommendations?

The problem is that they are based on NL so they cannot disregard EU complaints and they also have some prohibited content regarding their TOS like "spam" (I'm not sure what fits into "spam", such a generic word, I suspect that might be anything that may ban them from organizations like spamhaus):

But anyway, they are in the NL so their jurisdiction does not protect them of nearly anything. Another thing is that they don't proactively shutdown sites that are not 100% legal.

Try offshore-servers, they give really good service and they have a great support.

It would be really cool and potentially useful to all of us if someone could do a good research and sort this out, find a few best hosting providers and make a list with their TOS or something. :)

Or maybe I should just try to search on BHW and find if someone already did this because most of the BHW-ers work with these. I'm guessing.

With the help of offshore server you can difenately get your website in the search. Or in the setting you can check the server connection.

DomainRacer services are worthwhile.
Their support is wonderful. Real people help in real time help kindly with issues big and small. Prices are competitive.
