So I just tested and it does work correctly. Are you sure you have checked the correct comment in the comment section ?

I looked at some of those comments on another yt account and i can't see it, it was probably ghosted. But for example this comment is showing:

it has 45 likes, and start count when I bought this service was 50 as you can see on the picture inserted here. So it was not obviously delivered.

We have refunded the orders, but normally we do not refund any orders from comments cause the user can just delete a comment whenever
