Maybe it is how you approach them. Do you apply with very basic terms? Are you good at writing an application? Maybe if you are no wordsmith when writing an application, maybe outsource someone to write the application for you.

Understand the mind set of any Ads Network.
Nobody is interested to accept newbie.

Give them what they want to listen.
Explain them your expertise and prove them how you are going to be a valuable marketer for them and you would always get accepted on first attempt.

I got accepted first try but I did it in a very unorthodox way, not going to share what I did. It’s up to you how you choose going about getting accepted. But it’s not too hard I know CPA grip it’s a lot harder to join then OGads, as long as you have a solid plan, sound promising(potential) you should be accepted.
