Hey guys,

I'm relatively new to SEO. I've had an affiliate site for a while now but I have been getting most of my sales for social media/forum posting.

I currently make anywhere from $600-$1,000 per month from this.

I'm pretty tired of running social media and writing forum posts all day and decided to finally get into the SEO game.

My nice is MMO and wealth so the competition is pretty crazy out there. I've spent the last month reading SEO book and posts here on BHW on how to do on site and off site SEO.

I really need to step things up I know.

I've done my on-site SEO and now I am focusing on my off-site.

My goal is to get 100 site clicks a day from SEO before 2019.

I just want to know if that's possible for 2 months work. I'm putting in about 2-3 hours of work everyday posting on Pinterest, Reddit, and other places for do-follow links. I'm also going to start getting into guest posting soon.

So is this a realistic goal? I want by my college graduation (May 2019) to only use SEO.

Gonna keep working guys, not much changing but gonna keep powering through. Also, my drop shipping site is going live in a week so I'm going to be pretty busy doing that. I'll keep you guys updated.

Good luck mate, have you considered buying quality links or building a pbn?

My current average position is 25. I'm still only getting 1-10 click per day. I've decided that I want to get to 50 organic clicks per day by new years. Wish me luck.
Yesterday got 6 organic clicks and 2 of them converted to sales. Those were my first SEO sales so I'm excited to move forward!

Also update, I'm starting another affiliate site soon Currently building it. When I start that journey I will post the link here. Stay tuned!
My goal for that site will be my first affiliate sale before new years.

Sorry man, nothing personal but telling my products/program increase competition. I've actually had it happen to be before.
 
Seems like you are doing pretty good.

Few questions, if you don't mind about your site.

1: you said your traffic and sales come from forum posting and SMM. How long did it take you to get to that level you are at now?
2: how many pages of content do you have on your web. And approx how many words total?
3: does it take a lot of posting (avg/day) to get as many sales as you do?

On the side note, as your goal is organic traffic, I would suggest firstly, not to spread yourself too thin and concentrate on making your first website work, instead of starting few additional projects. If you are still studying, you'll run out of time or quality.

Also, is your content SEO optimized?

Considering the fact that you are in one of the most competitive niches ( do you have a subniche ? ), SEO will be super difficult and if it's not super specific niche, it will require tons of investment and/or time.

So actually, I would probably build on capital with what's working now, and invest into something that has less competition and focus on SEO and high quality content right away. But that's just my opinion.

In any case, following your journey and wish you best of luck!

1. It took me about a year to get here. But on and off for that year. So about 6 months of actual work working 3-4 hours a day. So if I had the time to do it full time could have taken me 3 months
2. I have 10 pages of content about 1,000 words each.
3. I have a bot post on social media for me so I don't have to worry about that too much but for the forums, yeah. I spend maybe 2 hours a day posting on forums. I didn't mind it at first but im starting to get sick of it.

Yes my content is SEO optimized.

I do have subniches. My articles are optimized for longtail keywords so that I Can still have a chance of ranking.

My goal is to get this site on autopilot Even 100-200 visitors a day. I don't care if I'm making that much, I just feel like I spend so much time and energy on this site and I don't want it to go down the drain.

Thanks for the advice man, I'm just spending one hour every day building the site. I want it to be done by my winter vacation (December 15) from school so that I can spend those two weeks off posting 10-12 articles, then I can go into SEO.

I guess I'm just excited because I found a niche with low-medium competition that has well-paying products so I see a good future with it.

I have a similar site which I recently started. I’m sure the hard work will pay off. You just have to be patient in the SEO game.

Yeah some days im supper motivated, others I don't feel like doing anything...
 
What bot do you use in media social? what media social do you use? facebook?
Do you post review article on forums? Can you elaborate more about forum posting? thanks
