I got the report today and I must say he did a great job. By website was pathetic, 55 plugins, page builder and lots of full size images.
The worst thing was I was using a very low speed Hostgator hosting
After the recommendation of the OP, I switched my host to a different company.
The support was really fast on skype. Finally today by website loads in just a few seconds, its lightning fast
