There was an issue with one of our RAID array and we have swapped the disk and it should be back online at this moment.
It should be at the exact same state it was previous to the issue.

If the VPS is still offline, please open a support ticket as it could be unrelated to the recent outage affecting very small portion of the users.

Hi, paid for the basic service in BTC and it looks like it's got six confirmations. Am I supposed to get an email with login info? Also, am I supposed to had two products/services listed? Yes, it is for the first month. Now, we can give you some greater discount according to the VPS level you choose and the quantity of VPS you have.
You can get 20% recurring for instance if you get more than 5 VPS (which is basically 1 VPS free).

Review time - I have recently set up a new server with @HostStage although I have been their customer for a long time.

I will just say that the server is working great for all of my needs - it copes very well with running most of my sites including a few large and cumbersome ones.

The knowledge of the support guys is also very impressive and this is one of the main reasons why I host my sites with them - because I know I am in very safe hands.
