I received a few review of the plugin and so tested it out on one of my pages.
As far as I can tell, everything worked as it should. The comments were scheduled and published as expected. There was no benefit in terms of ranking movement, but if you want to make your posts look more popular than they actually are, this looks a decent plugin.

Fair enough. Not intended to be a sole factor in boosting ranks - more beneficial for secondary terms and increased content. Like you said, also for making posts look more popular as well.

5 active domains per license. If you wish to deactivate one domain and use it on another, just send me an email/PM and I'll make that happen.

Also, a little clarification
Comments that are posted and shown as PENDING will be automatically approved at their scheduled date.
For example, if a comment is a posted as pending and the date is listed as December 1st, 2018 (~4 days from now), it'll automatically get approved on that day.
The comment server will automatically call the plugin to approve the comments when they're supposed to be approved/posted.
This makes it seem like that comment was actually posted on that day instead of the day you scheduled it.
I hope that clears some things up for new/future purchasers!

Been using this plugin for a couple months and am in love. Did an initial test when it first launched and was happy with the functionality-for-price. Now since it's been updated to allow logged in WP authors to reply to comments I've gone in and really added quite a few comments. I'm hoping these pages get crawled with the new updated timestamps from the comments in addition to long tail keywords and it impacts rankings, we shall see.
Regardless of how search engines react to comments this plugin is fantastic and so is the support. If you're on the fence I'd get this now, I have no doubt this plugin will eventually blow up, especially in this "long content, updated content, content content content" world we seem to be living in as SEOs.

Thanks for being an early supporter! More updates to come, working on a few cool things!
You're the 3rd or 4th person to ask me that, so Thrive seems to be a popular commenting platform. I'll work on adding support for that.
I don't have Thrive Comments to currently test with but will purchase a copy to test/implement it.
Currently I believe thrive allows importing regular WP comments so that may be an option but I can't 100% say whether it fully works with Thrive right now.
I'll be working an update to allow for that though.
Currently it's been tested and working with default Wordpress Comments, Jetpack Comments and wpDiscuz Comments.
50% coupons are out but a few 33% ones still remain: 33offbhw
