I do not recommend submitting sites by the help of tool because sometimes it’s not working.

There is no guarantee that every url will be indexed. Even when google submit tool was working, google would not index everything.
This tool gives you that submit facility back.
If google won't index the urls you are submitting, either change the content or change the url to something that google likes.
For example building links with GSA you can normally achieve around 70% index rate.
With google today you need to adapt to the kind of backlinks google likes..

So I've been testing the trial slowly and I've had successfully indexed 95% links. Do note these were mostly web 2.0s with good content and some forum profiles.
So far so good. I might actually buy a license once the trial is over.

Always leave the submitter to finish it's cycle, don't stop it prematurely, it needs to submit fully.

If google deindexes the links then google does not like the links. It's the job of the submitter to get the googlebot to crawl the links.
Solution is too produce more links and index them and the ones that remain indexed become the successful ones.
I still produce links with GSA and still acheive above 50 % index rate after a week, but you do need to modify the way you build links today and expect how many will stay indexed.I Ifilter high DA links for GSA.
Since Aug 1st I have noticed this behaviour more with the index and deindexes but sometimes find that if I index them again a week later they stay indexed.

Donload the submitter and try. Links that google likes will index. After seeing so many different types of links put through it, I think it really comes down to content on those links.
A fair test of the submitter is to try as many different types of domains as possible.
