and then submitting them to Google for indexing. But anyway, it takes days to few weeks to get them indexed.

Any indexing method now carries a risk of some sort because google wants to do away with indexing. That's the honest answer I can give.

Yes they will normally index faster. This app is a url submitter. Indexing rates can be as high 90% with some type of urls. Some urls will just not index.
