anyone experience decline with likes?

i am running 9 different IG accounts, using web based bot. each account uses a different proxy, and in the last month i experience less and less likes per photo... i changed proxies, i am using unique hashtags, not the marked ones, i've changed the settings, and still it keeps going down.
any ideas? suggestions?

Lately IG clean up their shit. It's already discussed many times here. Use search BHW feature to find the similar thread just like your issue.

Yes, it's happening to practically everyone, it has to do with Instagram itself.
