Chaturbate does not support Firstchoicepay anymore?

3 digits.
Do you got the transfer already?

No, and by all honesty. I think it will take some time until you will get the transfer. From ChoiceBanks side we should already have been refunded months ago. However, with the liquidity and all the mess around this sitatuion it will sure take some more weeks if not even months until we see any money. If you care about the money then go fill out the claim. Make sure that you attach a copy of your notharized ID.

Guys could some of you be so kind and upload the claim form 4 filled with example data, ideally with the letter you are sending along, just so I see what data belongs where and can fill out mine accordingly? That would be super helpful and I'm willing to pay you for your help

LAST UPDATE: Recieved eMail from Choice Bank:

Date: January 29, 2019

Dear Sir/ Madam

Notice by Liquidator of Allowance of Claim as Valid

We have evaluated your claim against Choice Bank in respect of sums totaling US$#,###.## which you sought to prove in the liquidation of the bank.

The Liquidator has allowed your claim in full.

Please appreciate that the amount of your claim allowed is not necessarily the amount that will be paid to you. The amount to be paid will depend on several factors including, but not limited to, total number of claims determined as valid, amounts realized from assets, sum collected or paid as resolution of existing lawsuits.

As you are an unsecured creditor, your claim will be given the priority stipulated by law (Section 116(2) of the Domestic Banks and Financial Institutions Act, a copy of which appears on our website, www.choicebanklimitedinliquidation.com), and you will be paid accordingly.

We will be advising you by email, as well as by our website, on information about payment.

Yours faithfully,

Cedric Flowers

Liquidator, for and on behalf of Choice Bank Limited

Got the same message. Did you notice they mentioned less money compared to what you had left into the account? For me is -500.

Sorry for the late answer, no definetely not less money on my side. Contact them and explain that there is a wrong amount written in the eMail, and that they should recheck that

Just to keep you updated on this issue if anyone is still following. I am not allowed to mention any other forums here, but in other Forums people have complained a lot in the recent 8 hours. The 28th of February was the last day that they had the final message to sent out how much money everyone is recieveing. Guess what, everyone that i have talked to or read their posts is recieving 0,00$ - Like for real. We are going through this shit since March / April of 2018, constant messaging between Banks and scared about losing money. I haven't recieved any email yet but i doubt that i will get any penny from them.

This is the email that we recieved in early Feb:

Dear Sir/ Madam:

Notice by Liquidator on Evaluation of your Claim

We have evaluated your claim against Choice Bank in respect of sums totaling US$6,314.68 which you sought to prove in the liquidation of the bank.

The Liquidator has allowed $ 0.00 as proven.

Please appreciate that the amount of your claim allowed is not necessarily the amount that will be paid to you. The amount to be paid will depend on several factors including, but not limited to, total number of claims determined as valid, amounts realized from assets, sum collected or paid as resolution of existing lawsuits.

The Liquidator has rejected your claim or a portion of your claim for the following reasons:

The Liquidator has doubts about the validity of the amount claimed and/or did not receive sufficient proof of your claim.

If you wish to object the decision of the Liquidator then you may do so by filing an objection with the Central Bank of Belize, no later than March 20, 2019.

An objection form will be available for download from our website: www.choicebanklimitedinliquidation.com , starting March 1, 2019 the earliest date on which an objection may be filed.

(Note that the 2nd email is not mine, sadly i have more money in this fiasco.)

If they go through with that.... holy shit..

Yeah unfortunately, the liquidator is only judge to pick what do do with the left over money. They will first pay the employees, then the debt and eventually the clients...

I was owed close to 3k and I know they will never pay. I write it off as dead money. I have no one to blame but myself for not taking out all of the money from my account so now I am done with this circus. I hope all of you get your money back and wish you well.

Has anyone received a transfer yet?

MyFirstPay have been closed for a while now ... I did get all my money from it and the same thing is now happening with Paxum and I still have money stuck with them. The same pattern is like repeating itself but with a different company ...

Wait is paxum going into liquidation? or they just have shit service? because I still have always been able to get my money out of paxum it is just they change the options all the time and you have to jump around the withdraw method that is allowed for that week.

Paxum is still in service, but the provider of the cards are not (or have some problems like FirstChoicePay) but they shut down the cards and I still have money in the card which I cannot take out. I already messaged them but they should tell me how to get them out soon ... I hope.
