I feel like i should give a detailed response on the current sitatuation as well. When i made my last post in March i felt like giving up and didn't saw a point in continuing to fight for something that might have already been lost. I submitted all my forms, followed some people that were in the same situation as me to keep myself updated all the time. A few weeks back (2-3 weeks ago) i saw that the official liquidation site has been updated with a wire transfer form. Apparently this was only for people that had a direct account in Choice Banks but we all filled it out anyways with all the information attached. Last week i recieved some responses that there have actually been some transactions being made on ChoiceBanks (Cedric Flowers side).
A lot of the people recieved phone calls from their bank. The bank wanted a statement on where that money was coming from etc. - As i don't go over the 12.500 € in my country i feel like there should not be a problem with a transaction i get. It was also stated that everyone recieved 53% of their actual funds wired to their bank account... i am not sure why only the 53% but hey, if that's all i am getting then i am satisfied with this. I rather have 53% than nothing at all.
All things considered, it's not a soft path you are taking when you want to get your money back. They want a notharized translated passport from you and a utility bill (also in english) - I only had my passport notharized in english as they do not make my utility bill in the english language. They accepted it with a response email saying "Recieved it with thanks" - and that's all i heard from them now. Seeing this gave me a little bit of hope again, as there are people that already recieved their money. I don't wanna celebrate to early, but i think we are going to the finish line with this soon.
I will keep this updated until i recieve my payment and will let you know if anything happens inbetween.
