Fb Ads to Get App Install

Hi all, anyone now using fb ads to get app install on playstore?
is still worth for this time? or you think i should choose CPI services?

yes i found fb ads have higher quality compare to google uac or cpi service.. it's more expensive per install, but if you are looking at retention then it's cheaper.. make sure you really target them..

yes thats the key and thats the advantage of using fb ads you can target based on interest, demographic, etc.. also you can take advantage of custom audience

okay i see, and about audience, can we just made the ads just like usually fb post for user to click, like post with images and gplay store link?
or we must create a fanpage and link it? i've read we must make fb fanspage to start ads
