The refill services havent been working properly for weeks. The orders are partially filled and I have ordered refill followers only recently. But even the refills are not being conducted on time resulting in a drop below the original order value and no more support from your end.
Issue with IG updates or not, you are getting payed for a service which is really not being met at this point.

hi, so here's my feedback.
I got 314 Instagram - Followers [ 15k ] and it worked.
For the other orders, it passed 6 days since and nothing: Instagram Followers [1k] and Real Instagram Followers [10K]
Can I get a refund on those or some balance to test some more?

I ordered 6000 subs and they erased the order and stole over $60 from me without giving me my subs or a refund.

Hello KeepMePrivate, there was an instagram api update which cause the issue, it's not the services being bad all of the drop for no reason. Every account had this issue. Even big instagram profile from big personalities had this issue.
but please give me the ticket id i will follow that my self to fix all your issues

@Benjibenji1 Tickets 8684 (looong trail), new ticket opened after this 9835 which is still not been done as per today. If refill is an issue, I am happy to have the refund and place a new order.
