every time they are less responsible, every time they offer worse services and the support seems a robot

a serious company to its clients treats them well, I have lost more than 250,000 followers in different instagram accounts in a few instants in the days 26-27 September. For a single profile I lost 20,000 followers, other profiles 10,000 and other 5k, 1k followers ...

The support did not answer me, and I decided to buy new service to recover all the lost followers, it is not normal that in an instant my client loses 20k followers, 10k or 5k followers ...


in total to recover lost followers in some accounts of my clients where the loss was too much, I spent more than 450usd in followiz services in 2 days. For all the accounts where I lost followers I could not buy new service since I could not spend more money

the followers that I have bought in many accounts continue to lose, and I have asked for the refill since more than 1 week ago and they do not do the refill ... the fault is always sent to the suppliers (the suppliers will check it ... wait 24h , we have sent him again ....)



What solution do you put to this followiz? I commented that I would continue working with them, if they reimbursed me my money spent to recover the lost followers that was a total of approximately 450usd, but they do not want to make the refund and every day the followers and the refill do not go down



this is my experience in followiz, the loss of followers was caused by problems that had instagram (that's their excuse), when they offer very poor quality followers and from one day to another, your customers lose 20k followers in an instant , when followiz guarantees you will only lose 0-5%


the services are bad and the deal with the clients is very bad, they are not doing their job well and we have to know all

I have been using followiz for over a month and thus far have been very satisfied.

However, in my most recent order of IG followers placed 2 weeks ago was never started. I had created several tickets and each time the support staff said he will follow up w/ the seller, but never ever happens afterwards. I have also requested a refund, so that I can re-place the order w/ a different seller, but this has not been honored. Per policy, the order should automatically be cancelled if it hasn't started in 3 days.

Hello Rg111, first of all there was an instagram api update which cause the issue, it's not the services being bad all of the sudden for no reason. Every providers has issues during this update. Every WEBSITE had this issue. Even big instagram profile from big personalities had this issue.

Thanks for sending your issue, be sure you have a ticket opened and send it here next time instead of sending the orders separately. Have you pressed the refill button on your order as thie service you used have a refill button except on 2 orders. I will send all to providers now to be sure they get refilled
