1. Is adult site allowed?
2. Am i allowed to receive traffic on a redirect link example "viralpics[.]win/?redirect_to=random" (this link will redirect traffic to a random post on my blog)
3. Is it ok to have popup ads on my site?

The traffic is bot-generated as stated by OP, so do not expect sales or ad revenue, but if you're looking for a cheap way to tweak your stats, this is the service for you.

The seller did provide me a Bit.ly link through which i could track the stats and here is a screenshot of the traffic i am receiving
But unfortunately the traffic isn't getting registered in my Wordpress Stats.
even Google Analytics isn't Registering the Traffic
I did realize i was buying bot traffic and i didn't expected it to generate any ad revenue or even ad impressions. But i did expected it to show up in my stats which unfortunately it doesn't, so i am a little disappointed tbh. (even when you recieve traffic from bots like Trafficspirit or Jingling they show up in both : Google Analytics as well as wordpress). .
I honestly don't intend to hurt the OP's sales but at the same time i did want the future buyers to know this before they go ahead with the purchase.

This wasn't the case for most of my customers, they say that they are happy with the traffic as its trackable on Google Analytics and Jetpack for Wordpress.
In fact i use it myself, attached some proof.
