The refill is taking so long. I lost thounsand of IG Followers the last week and you didn't give me any compensation, you should refill the orders on time, at least, but nothing happen. The refill button isn't works that's the reason I asked for the manual refill. And you take so much time to refill, so I have to buy it again to recover this BIG LOST. We are losing money for this situation. Bad support, really.

Honestly, I'm unimpressed with the service and support, I've purchased multiple orders including IG followers, likes, comments, youtube views and spent quite some money.
For example, I bought about 15k followers on one of my accounts and it then had 20k followers, these were refill services. Now the follower count is at 10k, and apparently according to support tickets I've missed the refill date, which was never mentioned (How do I ask for a refill?). So what's the point of buying IG followers when eventually they will all unfollow, lost a lot of money and for anyone looking to use this platform, look elsewhere. Eventually, all the followers you will buy will disappear and it will be money wasted. Read the post from the user above who has the same problem.

- Followers (promo ones) are quick, but drops are massive
- Followers (refill) there is no refill button, everything is support based and the support refill takes a long time, resulting in refills being rejected
- Drops, there are massive drops (2-3k followers at once) which are not being delt with properly.
Been in various tickets and requests, but so far I am not happy with this service the past period.

The retweet service has never worked, all the tickets opened yet end up with "we will make this work for you" and when i ask when I get a "sorry, this is under maintenance". It has been months. They won't refund the money I have on the account. I'm close to open a shit thread;

Recently Instagram made Big update which caused the drop for non refill they can drop anytime there no refill on them
