I am trying to target different keywords by creating exact match subdomains. Google indexed all the subdomains but bing didn't. All the subdomains are crawled but not indexed on Bing. Is it a good strategy to go with? I have seen other people doing the same and there links are getting indexed. Its quite easy to rank on Bing by creating sub domains of exact keywords. That strategy worked for me but now links are just not getting indexed.

Did you blocked bing spiders, did you tried to resubmit? sometimes bing take a longer time to index the website. Otherwise, bring some more authority backlinks. Bing will surely index your subdomain.

If google already indexed them, just forget others if doesn't index it.

Yes Google has indexed them.. Thing is, its highly difficult to rank sub domains on Google. I was trying to target Bing. Those keywords have high search volume there and can be indexed on first page directly. I have been using the same strategy for more than 2 years. And now Bing have stopped their anonymous submission. No off page and no aggressive back linking, only relevant content and optimized website was enough to rank on Bing. If you have some SEO strategy which might help me to get subdomains ranked on google, please let me know Sir :)

Can you register subdomains in Bing Webmaster Tools like in Search Console? If so, that'd be a good option to try.

It might be an issue of crawl budget. If you have a lot of broken pages/404, chain 301 redirects, and other tech SEO issues that waste crawl budget maybe their bot is not making it deeply enough to your subdomains.

Yes Sir, I already checked all the guidelines and I have added them in Webmaster... One thing is different here:

There was an option of "submit url" in the webmaster of home page ..
But there was no such option in sudomain webmaster ..

Should I submit all the subdomain urls through "homepage webmaster"

There are some issues with Bing last days (from they closed public submission), so without contacting them only other way is to wait until they fix it. But if yours subdomains was crawled they should be indexed already
