Yes 20 days. i call them many times to google support and they said me that there is a technical issue in review process and after 20 days they suspended my old account. I spend more than $17000 in that account and finally they suspend without any reason.20 days???

Your account is suspended - Your account violated the Circumventing systems policy.
You can forgot your account bro, with circumventing it's impossible to be back, one of the most serious banned reason on adwords. Their support are awful, 100% ghosts. So you never made a modification before he review ?

What do you mean DNS change? From the time of the review, your DNS changed? Maybe you transferred your hosting and then the DNS changed? Please let me know.

No, I meant that if you're creating all the campaigns with the same hosting, so there is a more chance that will get you banned.
Yes for creating long run account you need to use friends/family PC and his residential IP, otherwise it will be impossible to create again adwords account, all proxies are shits, trust me I have tested everything. Never use VPS or virtual machine with proxies / vpn for a long run account.
If you want tresholds accounts, adw creation is different ofc

I tried with VPN & VPS but no success, as soon as I add payment & create campaign it goes into suspicious payment activity, I haven't give it a try with residential IP. Are there any companies offering residential IPs that are reliable? Luminati doesn't seem reliable. Also, if possible can we connect on S K Y P E?

Adwords are suspending now a days.
Its very difficult to create accounts.
Have not created a successful account since long time.
I think AWS RDP is blacklisted and no longer useful.

Go to your friends or family @ remote desktop like teamviewer or in real life for using his computer and go to your bank to have a fresh real credit card. Use fake billing only for credit card (name of your friends, family name) , adwords can't see the name on the card, only BIN and last 4 digits. (if AVS you can also bypass it, fews more steps but it's ok with whitepage). This method is working for me. This is the only method, residential IP proxy not working for long run spending adwords account. With that, it's impossible for adwords to detect you with this setup. Ofc change a little the text ads and don't use ofc same domain name. For hosting use another webhosting to have new server DNS IP even if it's doesn't really matter I think but it's juste to be safe and everything different
