Hi everyone!


Curtis here. As you may have seen in your PM’s (if you haven’t, go check!), I’m your new Marketplace Seller Account Support Manager! I’ve been a member of the team for many years and just getting stuck into full time stuffs now. I’ll be your day to day contact for thread edits, concerns, suggestions and essentially anything to do with the marketplace.

Of course, you’re free to use support.blackhatworld.com for anything, I’m just here to give you a more direct option.


Not going to witter on too long, makes sense for you guys to post below and I answer anything. Also, I’ll be at Ungagged (London + Vegas), so come say hi!

Great to have Curtis back onboard - long-term moderator, great digital marketer and knows the forum very well.

As Curtis mentions above we're adding a level of account management, currently for Marketplace seller accounts only. So if you have Marketplace Seller Status need help outside of the Marketplace Seller subforum, just want a pointer on promoting your sales thread or need someone to help with your sales then Curtis is your go-to guy.
