I need help with paypal 21 Days hold

I added Tracking information to it is their anyways to reduce time lesser then 21 days?

It'll be released 3 days after tacking confirms delivery, provided the buyer does not put in a claim with PayPal (or eBay if you used them). In the case of eBay if the buyer leaves positive feedback anytime after delivery it'll "imediately", usually it's a few hours to a day, release.

the buyer was not from ebay
so will it get released in next 3 days?

No, not in the next 3 days, 3 days after DELIVERY of the item. Transactions outside of eBay SOMETIMES get released 24 hours after delivery.

Ex: If tracking confirms the item is delivered on 09/21/2018 at 2PM the hold would be released 3 days after on 09/24/2018 at 2PM.

If you desperately need the money, PayPal isn't the way to do it. They also may hold the money when you transfer to your bank which can take anywhere from 12 hours to 3 additional business days in addition to any processing time your bank takes to post the amount. So if your bank takes 2 days as well it could take 5 more business days from the time you hit transfer on the available funds to actually have it in your hands.
 
mark, as shipped the transaction which shown pending for 21 days and tell the buyer to released it hope the balance will available in 1-3 days.

Whenever I've marked a transaction as 'Shipped' and added tracking number, the hold period immediately goes down to 7 days from 21 days. It doesn't necessarily have ot confirm delivery of said order. Does your Paypal account have a history of disputes on it?

i have added tracking info but held date is still shown the same

This is not necessary but you can give it a shot. The customer has an option saying something along the lines of ,"I've received these goods" which they can click so your funds are released. Do this ONLY if they've actually received it or they're gonna be pissed.

Is your account also an Indian PayPal account? That may be a reason for this. Normally, funds are released instantly or within 7 days if you mark it as shipped along with a tracking number. PayPal India's domestic payments are relatively new and if you're using that, it could explain this issue you're having.

Yes the guy is right, for Europe it's 48 hours I'm sure, and you need 21 confirmed payments before they stop doing this to you... it's a pain in the ass
 
Noobs,

All you need to do is overnight a package somewhere with Fedex.

As soon as the tracking gets marked delivered, add the Tracking number to Paypal.

Your funds will be released within 1-3 days.
