My site Got Deindexed from Bing!

Hello experts!
My site got a manual penalty from Google (I recovwrre it). But in a few days, my site is Deindexed from Bing as well.
I sent a support email, they said there is nothing like penalty with my site.
But even after 10-12days, site didn't get indexed.
I mailed again, no reply even after 10 days.
Mailed again: No reply.
I submitted a sitemap, fetched as bing, but no help. Seems they stopped replying to my email.
Could you please suggest what should I do in this matter, to get back my site on Bing?

Yes you are correct.
My site ranking 1st position on bing for 1,220,000 monthly searches keyword.
But I am getting very few clicks from bing.
For that keyword on google it ranked 5th position and I used to get 8000 daily visits from google.
But now my site not ranking for that keyword on google. I think my site got penalized by google.
But on bing and yahoo my site still on 1st position.
But now my site getting only 500 visits per day.
