Is Reporting Content effective for growing Instagram?

I have an Instagram page and I want to grow it and promote my brand but the issue is I can't produce quality content because of lack of skills and time.
In this case is Reposting Content from my niche be effective??
How many times a week should I post?

Some people are ok with reposting their content, but others will complain and ask you to remove the post. In general, I don't think growing the account by ONLY reposting content is the best way, although it may be viable. For my accounts, I repost about only 5-10% of my content.

I know a guy who have almost 500K followers and he is only reposting other peoples content. So I think it's really possible to grow your page only by reposting but if you can find a better video or you have an idea how to make the video way more interesting then you can see bigger results.
