what would be the best ways to monetize a web of legal downloads, I do not have pirated or cracked software. in addition to adsense some other network or some other method to monetize?

which pop network under is good? , if the software is completely original there are no problems with adsense, it is not violating any of its policies

Oh ok I understand, yes I'm using cpabuild and ogads but it sucks I seem to need more traffic or more downloads because I only earned $ 0.20 on 1 weekend and I have 200 visits per day.

Your content locking offer sucks if that is what you earned.
Have a look at offervault.com and see what else is available that would tie into your site and get with another, or several other, CPA networks.
You cant earn money with legal downloads.

Completely inaccurate comment.
You didn't miss by a mile, you missed by a universe.
You can earn money selling ice to eskimos if you package it properly.
We all know porn traffic cant be compare with a legal downloads website traffic,
If a legal downloads website earn 10$ per day, a porn website make atleast10X more money with the same traffic. example pornhub, ..
it mean you need to spend also 10x more time on a legal downloads website.
So im sure im not missed by a universe.
But of course you can make money with legal downloads website.

Of course, if you can, you just do not know how to do it yet. I am implementing cpa now but I will also implement adsense, obviously to put adsense ads on my blog, I just use legal software and block the download as I suggested the moderator.

why are you doing the comparison with porn sites? I also have not worked 10x, nor have I worked hard on this blog, it only has a week and already has 200 visits per day.
Well you asked for Adsense , they accept both porn traffic and none porn traffic from download website,
Its up to you to decide and choose one of them.

I don't know my elbow from any other part of my body when it comes to porn site monetization but I do know about legal downloads and you can certainly do decent with them with the right offer using a download/content locker.
But to make a statement that you cannot make money with a legal download site, as you did above, is inaccurate and irresponsible.
The OP just needs to dig and test other offers and other lockers to find the gold on his site.
