Can't find offshore hosting.

im looking for a offshore hosting for movies.

Server.ua
shinjiru
abelohost

i tried to contact these 4 to know if they ignore DMCA complains,they not replying my email and skype.
only Shinjiru replied me on skype and they don't allow movies.

please help me if you have experience with above hosts? do they ignore DMCA and i can host movies without worry about DMCA and shi**t.?

Budget USD 40-50/month. storage atleast 500 GB.

i will go with dedicated servers, VPS storage won't be enough. and yes for embedding movies.

But they don't allow porn, unfortunatly. But DMCA content still being allowed.

I checked those are pentium cpu, also they don't offer server grade hardware, all are desktop hardware. For server grade configuration budget need to increase.

Hey what about " sex scene or nude scene " in legal movie, is that included in porn disallow?
Since many movie have sex scene that is full nude or semi-nude, then i worry about that.
