How to jump start a YouTube channel?

Hello BHW friends.

I have built a SMM business over the last 12 months which is generating me fairly passive income from clients. One thing I really want to do for the long-term and to build my credibility is a YouTube channel related to this.

My question for any YT experts out there is how can I turbo charge the beginning phase of my channel and get the first 1000 subs or so. I am already utilising my SMM skills to drive views to the channel, which is fairly slow. I am very against buying fake subs as i'm aware its bad in the long run.

I realize it's probably a different process for every channel, but are there any steps or methods I can test to try and boost my initial YouTube career? Drip fed views / comments / likes? Adwords?

I think reddit is a good source of traffic for a start. Just post your videos there and deliver upvotes/comments.
Make a really good video (something really interesting like a presentation of your channel) and promote it on YT - Ads, Ranking, Shares etc.

I think one of the best ways is building your Instagram first, much easier to build an audience there and then transfer them to youtube. Good Luck

For most starters I suggest going with creating tutorials (educational content which you can rank in search). It's the most reliable way to drive traffic to your channel and start building a community.
There are no secret tricks to make it on YouTube tbh, just do your market research (most niches are pretty saturated), be consistent and dont give up too easily.

Post each of your videos manually to Reddit in a niche relevant subreddit then boost them with 10-50 upvotes depending on popularity of the subreddit. Your goal with upvote manipulation should be to get your post in a better position to be engaged with organically - if the content is good and relevant it will be upvoted further by Reddit users. You want to pay for the minimum amount of upvotes to boost your post to a visible position and keep it there for longer then let the users promote the shit for you. If you use too many fake upvotes making the engagement look unnatural a moderator may remove your post so don't go overboard with it. You can get upvotes from several sellers on the markeplace, check the 'social media' section. Pricing is usually around 10-20 cents per upvote.
