Hello everyone,
I was running a campaign on google ads and after a while copied same on bing ads. I had no idea about which platform is giving me better result. Recently due to some reason, my google ads stopped and I was surprised when saw the result of bing ads only. When both was running, I was using 0.05$ cpc and getting around 30-40 clicks on both platform and 10 signup everyday. But after google ads stopped, I am getting just 1-2 signups daily, though daily clicks from bings alone is now 60-70.

Do you guys prefer to leave bing after I get my coupon redeemed completely??
Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

P.S- Campaign is exactly the same as its imported to bing.

Both are good..depends on your product. I mix'em up for better results and roi.

it all prefrence none are better then other.

bing , adwords ,facebook are all top winners .

Totally wrong question, which is better. It's not a question of “better” at all. It's a question of reaching those looking for you. Bing's reach is about 20%, more or less depending on factors such as country/region. Think of your reaction if I told you I'm going to take away 20% of your traffic/sales/revenues.

Bing and Adwords are very similar in many ways. It doesn't mean you should copy exactly from Adwords to Bing. Yes, it's the easy thing to do. But here's an opportunity to test different things and take advantage of the things that are different. Test different things in Bing. If you have everything the same in both, you have learned nothing. Stagnation is not good in advertising. That's why McDonalds always has different ads and why you don't see Ronald or the Hamburgler anymore.

Another thing is looking at the wrong stats. One should never thing Bing is better because the CPC is lower. The CPC may or may not be lower but that's pretty much irrelevant. This has to be put in context as well as your ad position, competitors and other things are all different. I've found that the cost per acquisition is pretty much the same in both networks when accounting for all differences.

To go from 30-40 clicks on both platforms to 60-70 on just Bing, you must have changed something. A guess is that since Adwords is now paused, you increased the budget on Bing which could account for that increase.

I disagree with you. There is same keywords targeted on both platform and also search term is similar, then why do you think there should be huge difference. And there is no such thing like irrelevant as I know what I am doing and always check the search term generating daily. Also there are phrase and mostly exact keywords. And I am not comparing Google and Facebook as they both are totally different. Comparison is between those two giant ad networks with cloned features. I have played with both since long time but never used to compare for any ad set. But now as everything is same, just think what makes the difference. People on Bing have less reliability than people visiting ad on Google?

Or Bing don't have enough data to provide exact targeted user as Google can?

This is not a cpa site. This is genuine site with some service offering. So no need to use tracker.
Is demographics a concern for you?

From what I have seen Bing ads has a lot of US traffic but other geo's work decent..

If you're not using a tracker (even Google's - set up correctly of course for conversions) then you're making a basic mistake.
I see. But what data I will get additionally by using tracker? For example, if I run a web design agency. Let me know what I am missing. Thanks.

I am actually into new project so just letting that site use coupon completely and that's why I don't dig into deep. Just seen the difference and obviously I will prefer Google ads in future. This is not the first time. I always have issue with Bing even when US targeted only. If any one have success with Bing over Google ads, please ping me.
Thanks

Are you selling directly from your website? If you are, then Google will not be optimising your ads properly with their algorithm. Google loves end user experience so it works hard to find the right audience for your service.

The other point is that if you don't track, you're missing out on retargeting which is essential for service based businesses. You can target users who have clicked your ad and spent an amount of time on your site, bought your products before and target them with new or specific offers etc.

but that success of Bing over Google ads also drills down to the niche right and considering you are providing a service that would get a lot confusing
