Bad experience.
I requested to refund the remaining balance, because I can't see how I will manage to work with them.
After 4 days back and forth support, they stopped responding.

Now my orders are cancelled. I am asking in the ticket if the youtube likes are not working? Do I have to reorder or what? Do I have to wait 24 hours for another reply?

This order is not cancelled - 7897306, your support says "which is being processed." IT IS NOT PROCESSED. NOT EVEN 1 LIKE WERE ADDED 12 HOURS AFTER I ORDER. Cancel it now.
 
i mostly prefer my site valentineclothes.com, marketing only socialize i will get great result.
I mostly ordering this socail medial panel for the marketing.
 
This is seriously the worst panel I've ever encountered - and I tried them all, trust me. Half of the services they offer don't work and the ones that do stop working after a few days and then you have to contact the laughable "support" which is only there to annoy the client so much so that he gives up asking for refunds. If you value your time and nerves don't bother with these idiots.

How bad is this panel becoming following all these complaint when I am about to trust their service? Now back to my main question:

As anyone tried any of their Instagram service combinations (Likes, Views, Comments) and had any improved profile reach and visits?

Yes, I have - complete waste of time, like all of their other services. Either they won't start at all or if they do, they drop like crazy or got my accounts banned even. The worst part is: they won't even give you a refund for services that didn't even start - you have to have endless conversations with the useless support and after a week or so you MAY get a refund to your balance if you're lucky lol.

I am waiting for a paypal refund.

They got this in the FAQ
" We can Refund Payment at any time
If you have remaning balance on your account and would like to get refunded to your payment processor, open up a ticket and ask for a refund.
Note: We cannot refund to payoneer as we don''t have the right to do it".

I do hope I won't open a dispute or shitlist.

Btw last 2 hours, the support was so active on replying on my concern but after I got tired and decided for a refund, opened a ticket and guess what, no reply until now :/

I never got a refund to paypal EVER. I got a few ones to my balance after weeks of intense arguing with "support" which is just there to stave you off until you give up.

Their new tactics now is to add new services for a day with "lifetime" refill, but these services disappear a few days later, so you're stuck with a lot of orders that got no active services behind them any more and you get no refund or refill either, since these orders are stuck indefinitely now.

oh wow its you... i made a yt video once explaining stuff about ytmonster.net and you and me and a couple others were all getting the same botted accounts sent to us from ytmonster like they were sending all of us real customers nothing but botted accounts for our time and money. you were at 7k i remember at the time lol. bhw profile pic black. orange with apricot. i remember making y sound like a savage lol. just because i recognized the bhw thing
